Overview

Lord System is developed by Joe Lord Systems for agricultural monitoring and automation. This privacy policy explains how the app handles your data.

Data Collection

The Lord System app collects and stores the following configuration data locally on your device:

• PLC IP addresses and connection settings
• Pump names and monitoring configurations
• Weather station API tokens (if provided)
• Custom temperature sensor settings

Important: No personal information is collected. All settings data is stored locally on your device and never transmitted to Joe Lord Systems servers.

Third-Party Services

Tempest Weather API (Optional): If you choose to integrate a Tempest weather station by providing your own API token, the app will retrieve weather data directly from Tempest’s servers using HTTPS encryption. This data is not stored or shared by Joe Lord Systems.

Data Security

• All configuration data is stored locally on your Android device
• Weather API connections use HTTPS encryption
• Joe Lord Systems does not have access to your data
• PLC credentials are stored securely on your device only

Data Sharing

We do not share, sell, or transmit your data to any third parties. Your configuration settings remain entirely on your device.

Data Retention and Deletion

All data can be deleted at any time by:

• Clearing the app’s data in Android settings
• Uninstalling the Lord System app

Children’s Privacy

Lord System is designed for professional agricultural use and is not intended for children under 18.
